Who is responsible

The data controller is the authorized representative of the property offered on this website (Dominicana Land · Río San Juan).

What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you enter in the form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), country, investor type, whether you are looking at the entire property, markets of interest (optional) and your message. We also record the page, language, advertising and referral parameters (UTM, click ID, referrer) and a hashed form of your IP address for spam protection.

Why we use it

To answer your request, send you the Investment Memorandum and, after our review, grant access to the Data Room; to prevent spam and abuse; and to measure which channels bring genuine enquiries.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Supabase (database and document storage). Emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf. Requests may also be forwarded to the owner's CRM. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from bots (applied where enabled). The on-site assistant, Litau AI Chat, processes your chat messages on its own service.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion at any time, and withdraw consent. Write to litau23@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

Essential functions do not need cookies. Optional analytics and advertising (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and, if enabled, Meta Pixel) run only if you press Accept in the cookie banner. Before that, Google tags receive only a signal that consent is denied. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Data Room access log

When you open documents in the Data Room by a personal link, we log which documents were opened and when, so the owner can see who reviewed what and revoke access if needed.
